Our first release is a limited run offered as a preorder. Preordering reserves your size and style from that run before general availability. This policy explains estimated shipping timing, how we handle delays, when you are charged, and your right to cancel for a refund.
A preorder is a purchase of an item that has not yet shipped. By placing a preorder, you reserve a pair from our limited first release and agree to the estimated timing described below. Because quantities are limited, preordering is the best way to guarantee you receive a pair.
Our first release is estimated to begin shipping in August 2026. Preorders ship in the order they are received. This date is an estimate, not a guarantee, and it may shift as production and fulfillment are finalized. When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking.
If the estimated shipping window changes, we will email you with an updated timeline as soon as we know, so you are never left guessing. If a delay does not work for you, you may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships, no questions asked.
Payment for a preorder is collected at the time you place your order. This reserves your allocation from the limited run and secures your place in the shipping queue.
You may cancel your preorder and receive a full refund to your original payment method any time before your order ships. To cancel, email customerservice@breathezs.com with your order number. Once your preorder has shipped, it is treated as a normal order and our Return & Refund Policy applies, including the hygiene rules for intimate apparel.
Need to change your size, color, or shipping address on a preorder? Email us before your order ships and we will update it whenever possible.
If you order a preorder item together with an in stock item, the entire order may ship together once the preorder item is ready. If you would like your in stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.
